Inspection Fee Credited Toward Repair Work

Your Property Works Hard For You. Here's How To Make Sure It's Ready When It Matters Most.

Imagine getting a call from your estate agent telling you the buyer is ready to sign. No delays. No missing paperwork. No last-minute panic about compliance certificates. Everything is in order, and the transfer moves forward exactly as planned.

Imagine knowing that your electrical wiring and plumbing are safe, tested, and professionally confirmed. Not because you guessed. Not because a handyman said it "looks fine." But because a qualified specialist has checked everything and put it in writing.

That's what most homeowners and property sellers want. A property they know is compliant, and a process they can trust.

But here's what usually happens instead...

You know compliance is important. You've heard it comes up during property transfers. Maybe your agent has already mentioned it. But you're not sure where to start, who to call, or what it's going to cost.

So you wait.

And the longer you wait, the more that quiet uncertainty grows. Is the wiring up to standard? Will the plumbing pass? What if there are hidden faults behind the walls that no one's checked in years?

Then suddenly, you're mid-sale. The conveyancer needs a Certificate of Compliance. The buyer is waiting. And now what should have been a simple step turns into a stressful scramble with tight deadlines, multiple contractors, and no guarantee that your property will even pass.

That's where things get expensive. Not just in money. In time, stress, and deals that hang in the balance.

With Electricore's Dual Compliance Inspection,

That Changes..

At Electricore, we check both your electrical and plumbing compliance in a single visit. One appointment. One team. One clear outcome.

It's not about creating problems for you to fix. It's about giving you answers you can act on.

Our qualified specialists inspect your property against the latest safety standards. If everything passes, you receive your official Certificate of Compliance on the spot. If something needs attention, you get a clear report that explains exactly what's wrong and a transparent quote to fix it.

No confusing jargon. No hidden fees. No pressure to commit to repairs you don't understand.

You don't need to know anything about electrical regulations or plumbing codes. You just need to book. We handle the rest.

And if you do go ahead with the recommended repair work through Electricore, your R450 inspection fee gets credited toward the job. So you're not paying twice.

This is compliance made simple. Not stressful...

Selling Your Property? Don't Let Missing Certificates Kill The Deal.

There's nothing worse than watching a property sale stall because of paperwork you didn't know you needed. The buyer is ready. The conveyancer is waiting. And the whole deal is on hold because there's no Certificate of Compliance.

You want to feel prepared and in control. You want the sale to move from offer to transfer without a single compliance hiccup slowing it down.

Electricore's R450 Dual Compliance Inspection checks both electrical and plumbing in one visit. If your property passes, you get your certificate and the transfer keeps moving. If anything needs attention, you get a clear report and quote so you can fix it fast and keep the deal on track.

Is Your Property Actually Safe? Or Are You Just Hoping It Is?

You flick a switch and wonder about the wiring behind the wall. You notice a damp patch near a pipe and hope it's nothing serious. You tell yourself everything is probably fine. But "probably" isn't the same as knowing.

You want a professional to check everything properly and tell you clearly whether your property is safe. You want to stop guessing and start sleeping at night.

Electricore's R450 Compliance Inspection gives you that answer. Our specialists assess your electrical and plumbing systems against current safety standards. If everything checks out, you get your certificate. If not, you get a detailed report and a transparent quote to sort it out. No guesswork. Just clarity.

Hidden Faults Don't Stay Hidden Forever. They Just Get More Expensive.

Behind your walls and under your floors, there could be wiring that hasn't been touched in decades. Plumbing that wasn't installed correctly. Problems you can't see and don't know about. And they usually show up at the worst possible time. Right before a sale. Right when you can least afford it.

You want to catch those issues before they catch you. You want control over the situation instead of reacting to a crisis.

Electricore's R450 Compliance Inspection checks your systems thoroughly and tells you exactly what we find. If your property is compliant, you walk away with your certificate. If something needs work, you get a clear report and a fair quote. No shocks. No surprises. Just smart decisions on your own terms.

Your Property Is One Of Your Biggest Investments. Are You Protecting It?

You know compliance matters. You know staying on top of maintenance protects your investment and everyone living under that roof. But life gets busy, and before you know it, you're not sure when the wiring was last checked or whether the plumbing still meets current standards.

You want to feel like a responsible property owner. The kind who stays ahead of problems instead of chasing them. The kind who has everything in order.

Electricore makes that easy with a R450 Dual Compliance Inspection. One visit. Both systems checked. If your property is compliant, you get your certificate. If there are issues, you get a clear path to fixing them. A small step that protects a big investment.

🚨 Don't Wait Until Compliance Becomes An Emergency

Here's the reality.

Electricore's inspection team can only handle a limited number of compliance inspections each month.

Once the available slots are filled, you'll need to wait until the next round of bookings opens up. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis and they go fast, especially during peak property selling season.

The longer you wait, the bigger the risk.

Every week your property sits without a compliance check is another week where a hidden fault could be growing. Another week where a sale could stall.

Another week where you're exposed to safety risks, insurance complications, or transfer delays that could have been avoided with one simple R450 inspection.

Don't let a problem you could have caught today turn into an emergency you have to fix tomorrow.
